Our client is seeking an accomplished FE professional to join their Senior Management Team as Vice Principal for Quality, Teaching Enhancement and Innovation. In this pivotal role, you will provide strong, effective leadership of quality processes across the college group, drive the development and improvement of professional learning for FE classroom staff and lead curriculum innovation. You will ensure their curriculum meets strategic goals and KPIs, oversee curriculum planning from pre-16 to apprenticeships and higher education and act as Deputy Principal for their Paston College campus.
