Working with one of the World's most iconic and valuable Spirits Brands 'Jack Daniel's' along with other Premium Spirit brands such as Woodford Reserve, Chambord, Diplomatico Rum and Gin Mare, this is a great opportunity to join a high performing team and be an integral part of our business. You will be given full autonomy, responsibility and accountability for a top 5 grocery account, driving commercial success and excellence across the Tesco business through collaboration with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Joint Business Plan, having full P&L ownership and managing all commercial variables (commercial, marketing, supply chain) to deliver the plan and develop longer-term strategic and commercial plans for your account.
- Lead the brand activation plans, working closely with Customer Marketing internally and the customers’ media partners.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders to pursue new opportunities and strengthen performance within Tesco.
- Plan, agree and deliver the JBP, ensuring it delivers against B-F key metrics and the customers’ KPI’s.
- Develop and manage the P&L, meeting/exceeding annual volume, value and profit objectives for all brands across the account.
- Ensure all administration (invoicing, promotional nominations, new line forms, cost price changes, forecast updates, etc.) is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Strong sales and account management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering brand growth in a highly competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and analyse accurately, with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, and great teamwork capability.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for new opportunities, aiming to exceed the plan.
- Strong computer skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace (or the ability to quickly build proficiency).
