Training & Promotion
The training for this role takes place at the Northampton Store and the Stratford store in London. After initial training, Cover Managers build their understanding of how Deichmann stores operate by providing managerial cover across a cluster of stores and are positioned for promotion to Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Draft rosters in line with payroll budgets.
- Stock management.
- Analyze sales figures & reports.
- Lead the team with hands‑on experience in retail or a related industry.
