A long established law firm is looking to expand their commercial property team with a recently qualified Commercial Property Solicitor.

The role involves gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial property work as well as building your own caseload and client relationships. You will be assisting on a variety of commercial property matters such as sales and purchases, lease renewals, leases, and supporting senior members of the team on complex matters such as development matters and high-value deals.

Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and must have completed at least one seat within commercial property during their training contract or as a paralegal.
