Deichmann Shoes has an exciting opportunity to join their growing business as a Cover Store Manager supporting the store in Norwich and other surrounding stores. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of £30,500 per annum and requires flexible availability across the week.

Training & Promotion

The training for this role takes place at the Northampton Store and the Stratford store in London. After initial training, Cover Managers build their understanding of how Deichmann stores operate by providing managerial cover across a cluster of stores and are positioned for promotion to Store Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Draft rosters in line with payroll budgets.
  • Stock management.
  • Analyze sales figures & reports.
  • Lead the team with hands-on experience in retail or a related industry.
  • Maintain a positive, flexible approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Travel within a defined geographical area.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience at supervisor/management level within a retail setting or similar.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel involved.
