About the Company: We are a well‑established and growing multidisciplinary consultancy based in Norwich, offering integrated expertise across Building Services (MEP), Civil Engineering, and Architecture.

Key Accountabilities and required skills:

  • Technical competence and experience in mechanical engineering demonstrated through Engineering or Scientific Degree.
  • Knowledge of ageing/failure mechanisms of high integrity pumps, valves and other reactor system components.
  • Experience in relevant mechanical design and safety standards.
  • Experience within a highly regulated industry such as nuclear or aerospace.
  • Strong awareness of engineering risk, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Ability to critically assess complex technical and safety arguments and communicate findings effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively across a matrix organisation.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders both verbally and in written form.
  • Commitment to professional development and contribution to CoE development.
