ROLE SNAPSHOT We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and results-driven marketer who is excited by digital content, to join Jaywing’s growing Organic Media team. You’ll have experience writing content for search, relish the challenges it poses, and be adept at moving from one tone of voice to another. Pair this with a mind for data and strategy, and you might be just who we’re looking for! As an Organic Media Content Exec, you’ll work with your Content Manager to deliver effective client strategies, from ideation through to content production and reporting. You’ll lead content writing for clients where we provide that service and work in tandem with client copywriting teams to ensure our recommendations reap brilliant results. Our ideal candidate will have a real passion for creativity and some experience in data-driven copywriting, from optimisation to user intent-matching. You’ll demonstrate excellent written skills, impeccable attention to detail, and an awareness of how your work can impact, power, and complement other Organic Media channels (like Social and Digital PR). We’re looking for someone who will understand each account deeply, recognizing the importance of brand messaging and embodying it in content analysis, strategy, and creation. In this role, you will constantly strive to deliver best-in-class content and help evolve our approach as the search landscape changes. You’ll seek to grow your strategic knowledge and capabilities and recognize your essential contribution to meeting team goals. This role would suit a person with 1-2 years’ experience in an agency position. WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Leading copy deliverables for multiple clients, ensuring timely, high-standard output Creating detailed briefs for in-house client copywriting teams and collaborating closely to ensure success Monitoring KPIs to inform client discussions and future learnings Supporting your Content Manager on weekly client calls to discuss ongoing and upcoming deliverables and results Assisting your Content Manager with auditing and research, including keyword research, content auditing, landscape analysis, and content gap analysis Supporting content strategy development for current clients Collaborating with Organic Social and Digital PR teams to ensure cross-channel synergy and explore collaboration opportunities Contributing insights and materials for sales opportunities and pitches Staying updated with industry news, training, and trends to remain ahead of the curve REQUIREMENTS Excellent creative writing skills, adaptable to various industries, tones, and audiences Experience in copywriting for organic search optimisation Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams and with clients A passion for learning and professional development An appreciation for organic content in all its forms Preferable: familiarity with organic search tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Ads Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics Preferable: experience contributing to organic search strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr
