The Opportunity
The Lead Veterinary Surgeon will play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care, supporting colleagues and helping the practice continue to grow and thrive.
The role combines consultations, surgery, clinical decision-making and client communication with leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will help maintain high clinical and operational standards, develop colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative practice culture.

About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced MRCVS with strong clinical skills, excellent client care and a genuine interest in developing and supporting others.
Leadership experience is welcomed, but vets ready to take their first step into a leadership role will also be considered.
