Why This Practice? As an independent practice, the team can offer genuine clinical autonomy and the freedom for Vets to manage their cases in the way they feel is best for their patients. There is a strong focus on client and case continuity, allowing Vets to manage and follow through their own caseload while developing long-term relationships with clients and their pets. The successful Vet will work across two sister practices, one based in County Durham and the other in coastal Redcar, giving plenty of variety while remaining part of the same supportive team. Both practices are well equipped, with access to laparoscopic equipment, ultrasound, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, endoscopy, an in-house IDEXX laboratory, ECG, blood pressure monitoring and dedicated dental facilities.
