The Practices
You will work across two well-equipped clinics located in charming and historic Oxfordshire market towns, offering a fantastic balance of vibrant local amenities and beautiful countryside. One site is larger, while the other offers a more close knit, medium sized environment, together providing a diverse and engaging clinical setting.
Both practices are modern and fully equipped with advanced facilities including ultrasound, ECG, digital X-ray, in-house laboratories, and more, with one site also offering canine hydrotherapy. Supported by a team of five vets and around 20 dedicated support staff, the clinics run smoothly and successfully, offering a strong foundation with exciting potential for further growth.
The Role
As Branch Partner, you will play a key role in leading and developing both sites, working closely with your team to maintain high clinical standards and deliver exceptional patient and client care. This is a hands on position where you will be fully involved in the day to day running of the clinics, while also contributing to their ongoing growth and success.
You will enjoy the autonomy to make decisions, influence direction, and implement your ideas, all while being part of a wider, collaborative network that offers guidance, shared expertise, and ongoing support.
You will be a confident and capable Veterinary Surgeon with high clinical standards and a genuine passion for patient care. An all round GP vet, you will bring a positive, proactive attitude, strong ethical values, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Comfortable working across both sites, you will thrive in a varied and dynamic environment, enjoying the opportunity to get fully involved in all aspects of practice life. While prior leadership or business experience is welcome, it is your ambition, energy, and commitment that will truly set you apart.
