As Head Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring exceptional standards of patient and client care while supporting colleagues to achieve their best. You'll lead nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities, support consultations, surgeries and procedures, oversee patient monitoring, admissions and discharges, and ensure the highest regulatory, clinical and operational standards are maintained.
RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with a genuine passion for exceptional patient and client care.
- Previous experience in a veterinary nursing environment with strong clinical standards.
- A confident leader who can motivate, support and develop colleagues.
- Someone who can lead by example and inspire the nursing team to achieve their best.
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to regulatory, practice and operational compliance.
