- Job Summary
Wolfspeed is seeking a Global Sales & Marketing Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to support and enhance business processes across our Global Sales & Marketing organization.
This role focuses on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that simplify complex semiconductor workflows and drive business growth.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into effective system capabilities, while supporting integrations, testing, and continuous improvement across enterprise applications.

What can you do for Wolfspeed?
- Lead business analysis activities across Salesforce, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and support
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Units to deliver scalable solutions
• Design and optimize key Lead to Cash Business processes such as
- Account. Opportunity, and design registration management
- Channel data and distribution management
- Sample orders, pricing management, and quotations
- POS and channel inventory reconciliation
- Manage all Salesforce data models and business process lifecycles
- Configure workflows, approvals, and automation to support sales execution and pipeline management
- Support integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and related enterprise systems
- Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and business visibility
- Lead testing efforts (UAT, regression, end-to-end) to ensure quality delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and emerging technologies
- Identify and support opportunities to leverage AI and internally developed LLM capabilities to enhance Sales & Marketing processes
• Contribute to use cases such as
- Supporting sales teams with AI-assisted insights (e. g., pipeline trends, account summaries)
- Streamlining documentation, knowledge access, and user support through AI-enabled tools
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and engineering teams to incorporate AI-driven enhancements into existing workflows and systems
- Assist in driving adoption of AI-enabled tools by supporting user enablement, training, and feedback loops
- Ensure AI capabilities are implemented in a way that aligns with business needs, data governance, and usability standards
- Provide training and ongoing support to business users
Skills and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce in enterprise environments (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds along with related capabilities)
- Strong experience in designing and supporting end‑to‑end Salesforce processes, including:
- Lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and pipeline management
- Sales operations, forecasting, account management, and customer engagement processes
- Pricing and channel management
- Proven ability to configure and optimize Salesforce capabilities, including:
- Workflow rules, approval processes, and automation (Flow, Process Builder or equivalent)
- Custom objects, fields, page layouts, and security models (roles, profiles, permission sets)
- Reports and dashboards for operational and executive‑level insights
- Experience working with Salesforce data models and managing data quality, governance, and sales lifecycle business processes
• Hands‑on experience supporting or collaborating on
- Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms
- Data migration and transformation using ETL tools (e. g., Five Tran, Informatica, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices, including scalability, security, and performance optimization
- Experience working in environments with multiple integrated systems (e. g., ERP, analytics platforms, or collaboration tools)
- Experience working with Snowflake for cloud data warehousing, data modeling, and supporting analytical workloads
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for building dashboards, visualizations, and business reporting to drive insights and decision‑making
- Technical & Delivery Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience in business systems, analysis, or solution delivery
- Proficiency with relational databases and SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proven experience in testing methodologies (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, A/B testing)
