Wolfspeed NI are looking for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join their Cybersecurity organization. The GRC Analyst will provide cybersecurity expertise to assess, design, create, implement and govern cybersecurity policies and standards, ensure security controls closely align with industry frameworks, and manage the cybersecurity issue and risk processes. The role will work closely with Cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to assess risk and translate that into actionable plans.

Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done
- Assess, evaluate, and make recommendations regarding the adequacy of the security/ IT controls
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and processes based on security and compliance framework requirements
- Crosswalk controls across multiple security compliance frameworks and regulations to foster adoption and identify gaps
- Oversee SOX control testing to ensure regularly testing is performed successfully
- Develop and maintain the security issue management and risk acceptance processes
- Translate security analyses, audit results, and compliance guidance into issues and guide business owners in developing adequate remediation plans
- Develop plans and tracking for non-compliance with applicable controls, and monitoring remediation progress against agreed upon timelines
Your Profile – Ready to join the Pack?
- A degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, and/or Information Technology fields or equivalent work experience
- 5 or more years’ experience in GRC domains
- Experience in creating and maintain cybersecurity policies and standards
- Experience in managing issue, exception, and risk acceptance processes
- Experience in using GRC tools like Archer, AuditBoard, OneTrust, or Workiva.
- Ability to collaborate and interact with executive IT and business leaders and align cybersecurity priorities with business priorities
