TeacherActive is working with welcoming primary schools across Sheffield looking to recruit experienced School Administrators to support their busy office teams from September.
Role Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, parents and pupils.
- Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate pupil records and administrative systems.
- Supporting attendance, admissions and general school administration.
- Using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom (desirable).
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team where required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Has previous administrative experience within a school or busy office environment.
- Has experience using SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar school systems (desirable).
- Is organised, reliable and able to prioritise a busy workload.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting the wider school community.
