A leading Tier 1 M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their established pre‑construction team based in Romford. The Role
You will be responsible for preparing detailed electrical estimates from tender documentation, carrying out take‑offs, and obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. Working closely with both internal teams and external partners, you will support the production of competitive tender submissions, ensuring all bids are accurate, commercially viable, and aligned with project requirements.
About You
You will have a proven background in electrical estimating within the M&E or building services sector, along with a strong understanding of installation methods and construction processes. You should be confident managing multiple tenders, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating effectively across both technical and commercial teams.
