We’re working with a welcoming school in Romford that’s on the lookout for a full‑time Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs. You’ll be working closely with children who need a bit of extra guidance, patience, and encouragement to help them thrive in the classroom. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Helping children stay engaged, focused, and confident in their learning
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Creating a calm, structured, and supportive environment
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, or similar)
