The predicted salary is between 40000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Principle based in Belfast. The successful candidate will be required to start once the vetting paperwork, ANI clearance has been completed.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 Months

Rate of pay: £24.59

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9 – 5 pm

Location: Belfast

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to a Head of Programme Management Office, responsible for implementation of Programme communication plan
  • Ensuring production of high quality, engaging and well‐written programme communication and marketing products and publishing via a variety of channels, ensuring appropriate content, messaging, tone and consistency
  • Keeping internal web pages live and relevant for users
  • Leading on a series of programme engagement events including in-person and virtual webinars
  • Production and oversight of staff engagement surveys and feedback
  • Leading a communication and engagement team to deliver high quality material in a fast paced environment, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Contribute to the delivery of positive communications utilising industry best practice

Essential Criteria

  • At least 2 years' experience of leading a team to deliver marketing, communication and engagement products via a range of platforms including intranet content, articles and events
  • Digital and technical know-how, a good basic understanding of digital channels and communication tools and how they operate
  • A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to use own initiative
