The Opportunity
This role would suit either:
- A Senior Estimator with strong work‑winning experience looking to play a bigger strategic role

You will work closely with Directors and operational teams, leading the estimating and pre‑construction function while helping shape future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the estimating and pre‑construction process from enquiry through to contract award
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Pricing complex structural repair and refurbishment schemes
- Managing subcontractor and supplier enquiries
- Preparing detailed cost plans and tender submissions
- Identifying value engineering opportunities
- Attending pre‑tender and client meetings
- Supporting business development and repeat client relationships
