Full Job Description

Role Title: PMO

Duration: contract until 28/11/2025

Key Skills/Requirements

  • Experience working with C-Suite level stakeholders within a bank, including MD level and above
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in stakeholder engagement at this level and delivery assurance
  • Managed a portfolio or background in running small portfolios
  • Understanding and collating stakeholder requests and information at a portfolio level
  • Ability to ask tough questions and challenge assumptions
  • Flag and manage risks, issues, blockers, and escalations effectively
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work at pace and produce high-quality work with high standards
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data analysis skills, including analyzing project data, performance metrics, financial data, and resource utilization
  • Experience in report generation, creating detailed reports on project status, performance, and outcomes
  • Proficiency in developing interactive dashboards using reporting tools
  • Effective stakeholder management, understanding stakeholder needs and presenting information clearly
  • Ability to present complex data and insights understandably, and to handle questions from C-Suite stakeholders
  • Proficiency in documenting processes, methodologies, and project statuses clearly and systematically
