We are seeking an experienced and nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager (ideally RMN/RNLD or with extensive mental health experience) to oversee a challenging behaviours facility in Sheffield. The home is well-staffed with dedicated units, each led by a nurse and supported by a clinical deputy. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations, supervising staff, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations, and implementing best practices in dementia and mental health care.
Responsibilities:
