This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Engineer with a background in HVAC, refrigeration or chiller systems to join a growing engineering business covering Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping grow the business across the region by developing new partnerships and supporting existing clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys building client relationships and identifying new opportunities within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire
  • Promote the company's engineering services across HVAC, refrigeration and chiller systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facilities management companies and end users
  • Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients when discussing solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and technical submissions
  • Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Experience within HVAC, refrigeration or chiller systems
  • Background in technical sales, sales engineering or business development
  • Good understanding of commercial air conditioning and chilled water systems
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to clients
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate and develop new business
  • Full UK Driving Licence
