As a food Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control throughout the food production process. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. All training is provided.

The rate of pay is £13.38, £535.53 per week, £27,847.56 per year (including shift premium) plus opportunities for over time , paid weekly.

Duties:

• Ensure all products are produced and assembled to agreed specification
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
• Ensure personal protective clothing is worn in the correct manner
• Report all quality issues to shift leader
• Follow all health and safety protocols in the factory

Requirements:

• Basic maths skills for measuring, counting, and calculating
• Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• May be required to handle raw food products
