As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager for Europe, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns within this region. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and report to our Head of Performance Marketing. Your primary goal will be to accelerate our global user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven campaigns, innovative creative, and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop & Execute Europe Strategy: Plan and implement performance marketing initiatives for priority global markets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Identify region-specific trends, channels, and opportunities for growth.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee day-to-day management of paid channels (e.g., search, social, display, mobile networks). Continuously experiment and test creative variations, messaging, and audience targeting to optimize cost efficiency and ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Data, Finance, Product, and broader Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, measured, and reported. Work alongside regional teams to tailor marketing content to local cultures and languages.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key metrics across channels (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates with recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Stay Current on Trends & Tools: Keep abreast of the latest ad tech, attribution methods, and analytics solutions. Recommend tools and platforms to enhance targeting, measurement, and campaign scalability on a global level.
Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our London, UK hub.
Qualifications- 7+ years of work experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to performance marketing for European markets.
- Hands-on track record of managing large-scale campaigns (e.g., $1M+/mo in spend) with proven payback periods.
- Strong command of key metrics and data analysis to drive campaign outcomes.
- Experience creating and iterating on world-class creative that resonates across diverse cultures.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with data, finance, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with marketing channels and consumer behavior in multiple European regions.
