Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, logistics, carrier operations, cross‑border commerce).
- Deep, hands‑on experience in logistics—specifically within European markets—including direct carrier relationship management, customs/compliance navigation, and regional fulfilment operations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling logistics programmes in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments, with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
- Strong understanding of carrier economics and the complexity of managing multi‑carrier, multi‑market logistics networks across the UK and EU.
- Process and systems thinker—identifying inefficiencies, building scalable operating models, and defaulting to repeatable systems over one‑off solutions.
- Excellent cross‑functional skills, with the ability to influence and align across Product, Engineering, Business Development, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong analytical judgment; proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with SQL or analytics platform experience (e.g., Looker, Sigma, Hex) a plus.
