Join the Future of Commerce with Whatnot! Whatnot is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe to buy, sell, and discover the things you love. Our sellers are building real businesses across hundreds of categories. We're building live commerce at a scale that's never been done in the West.

As a remote co-located team, we're inspired by our values and anchored in hubs across the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, and Australia. We move fast, stay close to our users, and focus on the work that drives the most impact.

We’re looking for a Creator Marketing Associate to join the EU marketing team at Whatnot and help scale the creator engine behind our paid ads. You’ll source, sign, brief, and manage creators across Europe to produce high-performing short-form video content for paid social.

This role sits at the intersection of creator partnerships, performance marketing, and creative strategy. You’ll work with creators of all sizes, from small UGC-style creators to larger category-relevant influencers, and turn those relationships into a consistent pipeline of native, scrappy, high-performing ad creative.

You will:

  • Build and manage a scalable EU creator roster for paid performance creative.
  • Source and sign creators across priority markets and categories, from small UGC creators to larger influencers.
  • Own creator outreach end-to-end, using email, DMs, talent platforms, referrals, and whatever channels get results.
  • Negotiate creator deals across fees, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Brief creators clearly so they understand Whatnot, the audience, the category, the creative angle, and the performance goal.
  • Partner with Performance Marketers, Creative Producers, and Category Marketers to understand what’s working, then turn those learnings into better briefs, stronger sourcing, and faster iteration.
  • Build the operating system for EU creator creative: tracking pipelines, rights, rates, performance learnings, and repeatable workflows.

We offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in-person time for planning, problem-solving, and connection. Team members in this role must live within commuting distance of either our London, UK, or our Berlin, Germany hubs.

You’re a creator marketer with strong taste in internet-native short-form content and a clear eye for what makes creator-led ads work. You know how to find the right creators, understand what makes their content credible, and turn that instinct into content that can perform in paid channels.

You’re part talent scout, part dealmaker, part operator. You care about performance, not vanity metrics. You want to know what caught attention, what converted, what we should repeat, and what we should cut.

As our next creator marketing assistant, you should have 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, UGC, or performance creative, plus:

  • Proven experience sourcing, signing, and managing creators end-to-end.
  • Experience briefing creators to self-produce content with performance in mind.
  • Strong organization and follow-through.
  • A test-and-learn mindset.
  • Fluent English plus fluent German.

Bonus if you have:

  • A personal background as a creator, UGC maker, community builder, or social video producer.
  • Light video editing skills and comfort with tools like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere.
  • Interest in Whatnot categories like fashion, sneakers, trading cards, sports, toys, comics, or beauty.

Benefits include generous holiday and time off policy, health insurance options, work from home support, monthly allowances for cell phone and internet, parental leave, and more.
