Food & Beverage Manager
We are looking for a commercially strong and people focused Food and Beverage Manager with events experience to lead our Food and Beverage operation. As Food and Beverage Manager of a high end property, this is a key role leading and developing our teams in our Michelin Starred 'The Dining Room', Grey's Restaurant, Lounge and Bar whilst also overseeing conference and events facilities.
Whatley Manor is a luxury 5* hotel that operates like a house and feels like a home. Less than 30 minutes from Chippenham, Stroud, Tetbury and Cirencester, we are commutable from many locations in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath & Bristol. This beautifully restored 18th century manor house hotel and spa offers a grown up getaway in the heart of the Cotswolds. Set in 12 acres of beautifully kept gardens, we have 23 individually decorated rooms and suites and a range of dining options including our Michelin starred restaurant 'The Dining Room' and Grey's, Whatley's answer to casuall dining. We also have conference facilities, luxurious Aquarias spa and gym.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
Commercially strong with current/previous experience working as Food and Beverage Manager in a similar high end property
Experience of Michelin star service
Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding guest expectations.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
A strong people manager
Current experience developing a strong hospitality team
Primarily a Food and Beverage role but will also have close links with Front of House and Spa
Be able to deliver total passion and commitment to excellence with maximum attention to detail
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
High level of personal presentation and self confidence
