Whatever Brands is looking for a proactive, accurate, and well-organised Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to join our growing team on a full-time remote basis. This role is ideal for someone who is self-sufficient, detail-focused, and confident managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks while supporting accurate monthly financial reporting.

You will play an important role in ensuring our financial records are complete, up to date, and reliable across sales, purchases, bank reconciliations, stock, VAT, credit control, and management reporting. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate financial data across QuickBooks, Unleashed, Airtable, and Excel, supporting the preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and inventory valuation reports.

You will also liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure finance processes run smoothly and deadlines are met. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ bookkeeping or finance experience who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a fast-moving consumer goods business with international customers, suppliers, and licensed brands.

Location: Remote, ideally working close to UK hours

Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00

Salary: £23,000–£26,000 depending on experience
