We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Whately Hall Hotel.
As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include the changing of all linen, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address any guest/client queries and make sure the bedrooms remain fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times.
Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests/client during their stay with us.
Responsibilities
- Change bed linen and make beds
- Replace used towels
- Sweep and mop floors
- Dust furniture
- Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
- Clean public areas, like corridors & toilets
- Report any maintenance needs in line with company procedures
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow hotel Security, H&S and Fire Safety guidelines
