We sell our brands on the biggest UK websites including Next, Very, ASOS, Matalan, Freemans & Debenhams, alongside international websites such as Zalando & Amazon. This role is all about maximising the sales across these platforms. You will need excellent attention to detail and a tenacity to keep driving sales. An aptitude for writing and grammar will also be required. You must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. An interest in fashion alongside previous experience of working in an online sales focused role would be beneficial but is not essential.
What you will do:
- Responsible for efficiently loading products to each marketplace and meeting product deadlines.
- Ensuring all product information is up to date including price and key product details in line with each marketplace's requirements.
- Ensure all products are attributed with key item specifics to optimise product search visibility.
- Ensure all up to date imagery is assigned to all products.
- Ensure correct category and sub-category classification is selected to improve relevancy of customer reach.
- Meticulously check products are live on all available markets, maintaining product parity reporting and resolve non-live items immediately.
- Research competitor activity to make sure we are producing best in class optimised data enrichment.
- Weekly production of performance reporting and analysis.
- Raise any marketplace issues and suggest changes to ways of working to improve efficiency.
- Support all marketplace activities and new initiatives to optimise content and increase brand visibility and sales performance.
