The Online Trading and Marketing Co‑Ordinator is part of a fast growing team. Reporting into the Trading Manager, you will have a varied and exciting role focusing on driving sales and improving the customer experience through the website and through the marketing channels. An enthusiasm for fashion and marketing is essential to this role.

What you will do:

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to keep up to date with the latest products, trends, messaging and creative from our top competitors.
  • Engage with the buying team and report on top bestselling lines to the rest of the Marketing department ensuring that these are the focus of all marketing communications to the customer.
  • Briefing in emails and desktop notifications to the Design department in line with the trading plan and frequency that week.
  • Promote top selling products in an engaging way with top performing subject lines and high click-through and conversion rates.
  • Work with the marketing agencies to come up with engaging PPC and paid social ads for Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Pinterest.
  • Improve the affiliates programme by recruiting new affiliates who can drive new converting traffic to our website and working with existing top performers to ensure they have the right content to promote our brand on their channel.
  • Brief in the homepage and landing page updates to the design team every week and give feedback on this.
  • Optimise on‑site search and the top navigation to ensure customers can easily find the categories and products they are looking for to drive sales on the website.
  • Assist in promotional launches, coordinating together all channels so they have the same creative and copy and launch at the same time across the website and all marketing channels.
