What is the role? On a day-to-day basis, you will: Inspire in the Classroom: Deliver cross-curriculum lessons focused on personal development, mental health, wellbeing, and career aspirations. Mentor & Support: Provide targeted 1-1 and small-group mentoring to empower students and manage behavioural challenges. Build Safe Spaces: Create inclusive, non-judgmental environments where every student feels supported and heard. Stay Connected: Handle day-to-day administration, track pupil progress on our data systems, and work closely with school teams and Foundation colleagues.
