We are looking for a Territory Sales Rep within Central Scotland to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. Putting the What The Fork brand into the hearts and minds of our end users is the main goal. We are looking for a creative forward-thinking individual to come and join our rapidly expanding company at this hugely exciting time. We are very passionate about creating a brand that is serious about changing the market but want to have fun at the same time.
In this role, we seek outstanding organisational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. Responsibilities- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Install and liaise with clients after installation process
- Analyse data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within the assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in mobile technology and software; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational and leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field would be desirable
- Understanding of the food and drink industry would be preferable
- Vehicle, mobile phone, iPad and travel expenses provided as part of the package.
- Base salary £30,000 with OTEs of up to £65,000.
