Salary: From GBP 32.46 (unqualified) - GBP 35.18 (qualified Level 5 teaching and above) per hour. Depending on qualifications and expertise.

The School of Hair and Beauty at our Watford Campus are looking for a Media Make-up Lecturer who is passionate about making a difference to the lives and careers of our students. The successful candidate will be capable of developing a wide range of learning materials for practical and theory lessons, which engage and stimulate students. You must be confident that you can contribute to a team that is always striving to improve.

You will be required to teach across all our VTCT Qualification levels (2 to 3). You will have the ability to promote, support, and embed English and Maths skills within the planning and delivery of all teaching. The successful candidate should have a good level of industry experience in media make-up that can be shared within the classroom environment. Teaching experience is beneficial; the college will support the successful candidate to gain relevant teacher qualifications. Assessor and Internal Verifier qualifications would be an advantage. Candidate must be qualified to Level 3.

You will join a vibrant and high-performing team, working in our well-equipped facilities at our Watford Campus. This role is 10 hours per week. We welcome any opportunity to continue to further benefit links with local employers.
