Job Description We are seeking an organised and friendly Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic global team during a period of transformational change in our recruitment processes. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our candidates and play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers. Conduct first-stage interviews with candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports Assist in developing and implementing new recruitment strategies Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process Qualifications Strong proven track record of working in a similar role Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)(Ideally SmartRecruiters) and Microsoft Office Suite.
