Surveyor – Estates Surveyor – London – London, United Kingdom JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Manage and advise on a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK. Provide strategic estates management support, including lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, and disposals. Liaise with clients, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery. Analyse property data, market trends, and legal documentation to inform decisions. Support occupier clients in optimizing their property holdings and reducing operating costs. Requirements: RICS qualification (MRICS or working towards). Proven experience in estate management or corporate real estate. Strong knowledge of commercial lease structures and UK property law. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
