Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Programme Manager for Supported Internship to join our Slough & Langley College team starting in August 2026 on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Programme Manager for Supported Internship is a full-time role working 37 hours per week including 9 hours of remission and 16 contact teaching hours per week. This position pays on the Programme Manager pay scale between PM1 £39,291.00 and PM7 £46,966.00. This full-time role involves working predominantly at our Slough & Langley College campus, but the successful candidate will be expected to work across Slough & Langley College, Berkshire College of Agriculture and The Delta Marriott Hotel in Langley. As such a requirement for the post holder is a full UK manual driving licence. Please note that access to your own car is a benefit but the college does operate a fleet of cars which can be used for business purposes.

This pivotal role involves coordinating and managing the development of internship programs designed to support young adults with learning disabilities and/or additional needs. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of transition to work programs, design employability curriculums, and support a diverse cohort of interns, ensuring their pathway to employment.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Teaching and Supporting Interns with tailored educational and career guidance;
  • Coordinating comprehensive internship programs across multiple sites;
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team ensuring high levels of intern satisfaction and success;
  • Forging strong relationships with external stakeholders to enhance the reputation of our programs and intern opportunities.
