About the team: Our Change Delivery team consists of dedicated professionals spread across Wolverhampton, Chatham, and India. You will join the team as a PMO Analyst, supported by experienced Programme and Project Managers, the team thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and diverse perspectives. With a strong emphasis on support and development, team members engage in regular meetings and open communication, leveraging cutting-edge tools like Planview to drive successful project outcomes. This dynamic environment offers ample opportunities for hands-on learning and career growth, ensuring every member feels connected and valued. Please note, this role can be based in either the Wolverhampton or Chatham office and has the benefit of operating within our hybrid-working policy of three days a week in the office and two days from home. What you will be doing: As a PMO Analyst , you will play a crucial role in supporting Programme and Project Managers to ensure compliance with our Change Delivery Framework, Processes and Best Practices. Your expertise will help ensure project quality, along with timely and budget-compliant deliveries, and achievement of business outcomes. This position is pivotal in driving the maturity and capability of our Change Function through coaching, training, and independent analysis. Your responsibilities will include: Identify and implement efficient ways of adherence to frameworks and best practices for programmes and projects to increase delivery quality Manage project information including Project Plans, RAID logs, and change controls Report on projects to senior management, highlighting risks and preparation quality for Stage Gate Reviews Ensure compliance to frameworks and processes along with ensuring all artefacts are of expected level of quality Provide accurate project reporting and challenge RAG status reports Conduct reviews across change, IT, and business areas to drive continuous improvement Ability to influence Programme and Project Managers to apply the required changes and adoption of improvements in working practices across the Change Delivery Lifecycle Capture and document minutes in Change Governance meetings accurately What\’s in it for you?
