What You'll Do
- Be the Expert: Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment that bridges the gap between textbooks and the industry.
- Ignite Ambition: Use your enthusiasm to motivate learners, helping them master technical skills and reach their full potential.
- Build the Bridge: Develop vital industry links to provide students with "gold-standard" work experience and clear career pathways.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work within a supportive team at our Rotherham Campus, using practical, theoretical, and digital tools to make learning stick.
You will be an effective and motivated team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives. You will hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above and industry experience, as well as a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award, or be willing to work towards. You will hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths or be willing to work towards.
You will be able to bring the subject to life, using combined methods of practical, theoretical and digital which will engage your learners and provide them with the best skills, knowledge and behaviours for the future.

You'll be line-managed by a dedicated Curriculum Manager and work closely with our Team Leaders in a collaborative environment where your industry insights are truly valued.
