We're searching for a mechanically-savvy, solution-focused SMR Maintenance Controller to optimise vehicle service outcomes across our B2B and B2C networks. If you've got automotive repair experience and thrive under pressure, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in minimising downtime and maximising customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Handle incoming service queries with clarity and technical confidence
- Authorise repairs, manage costs, and push for compliance & efficiency
- Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Network teams
- Influence process improvements and drive smart commercial decisions
- Communicate service outcomes simply and effectively
Who You Are:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Experienced in service resolution and vehicle repair networks
- A natural problem-solver and strong communicator
- Able to analyse data, manage cost vs. margin, and adapt fast
- Skilled in MS Office and confident navigating service legislation
