As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery of freight across the UK. We are seeking an experienced driver to join our team, responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently from one location to another.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving a large goods vehicle (LGV) with a valid C+E Class 1 license
- Maintaining accurate records of your journey and any issues that may arise
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients
- Working flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Valid C+E Class 1 license with no more than six penalty points
- Driver CPC card with no current suspension or revocation
- Right to work in the UK
- English language skills for safety
- Willingness to undergo a Background Check and Drug and Alcohol test
- A commitment to regular shifts and overtime as required
