Identify new opportunities and generate sales to support the strategic growth of the Home Collection Business. Liaising closely with the Sales team to support and also with Interior Designers, Architects and Developers and retail clients you will be acting as a brand ambassador.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, order processing, aftersales follow-up. Drive cross-category sales (furniture, lighting, fabrics, accessories, bespoke). Develop high-value projects with trade clients from concept to completion. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and opportunity tracking.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and onboard new trade accounts (interior designers, developers, yacht designers, hospitality groups). Build and nurture relationships within key luxury networks. Develop targeted outreach strategies for priority markets. Attend industry events, design fairs, and networking functions to generate leads. Create structured follow-up plans to convert prospects into active accounts. Reactivate dormant accounts and expand existing client portfolios.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering product knowledge and design guidance. Conduct showroom appointments and off-site client visits when required. Maintain strong aftersales engagement to drive repeat business. Ensure an exceptional luxury client experience aligned with brand standards.
- Showroom & Operational Excellence: Support visual merchandising and showroom standards. Coordinate with allocation, logistics, and buying teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Assist with stock accuracy, inventory preparation, and stock transfers where necessary. Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting discipline.
- Commercial & Strategic Contribution: Contribute to annual trade growth strategy. Support event planning initiatives (Design Week, private previews, trade activations). Collaborate with marketing to track ROI on new client acquisition. Identify opportunities for category growth within key accounts. Provide structured reporting on pipeline value and conversion ratios.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail, interiors, or trade sales. Demonstrated experience in business development and client acquisition. Strong understanding of the luxury interior design market. Confident in managing high-value, multi-category projects. Commercially analytical with strong negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Highly organised, process-oriented, and CRM disciplined. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients.
