The key objective of this role is to develop and grow Wholesale Re-Order revenue for all brands across Ralphs Laurens physical & digital account base. You will collaborate closely with all Brand sales managers in analysing sell out performance, category development opportunities and liaise across multiple functions to deliver sustainable profitable growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achievement of quarterly & annual regional re-order sales targets.
  • Brainstorming and executing new ideas, develop clear strategic goals and new business opportunities that will deliver re-order revenue growth.
  • Work closely with account managers to identify business opportunities, best practices, efficiencies, key calendar sales points etc.
  • Regularly connect with key partners to present and execute all reorder opportunities.
  • Performance analysis, including sell out performance, inbound deliveries, stock holding and ROS analysis and collaborating with buyers to develop category strategies to optimise assortments.
  • Forecasting demand at category & material level, including pre-planning.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement creative approaches to driving business growth whilst building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Highly motivated, demonstrating commercial awareness and proven success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, a solid understanding of business functions such as forecasting and planning as well as trend and product knowledge is important.
  • Data handling, processing, cleaning, working with structured & unstructured data (text, images) etc.
  • Preparing business cases using robust data to present clear scenarios internally and externally.
  • AI skills: Data interpretation & insight generation, customer intelligence, workflow automation & efficiency, presentation enhancement, problem solving & scenario planning.
