We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to join our MSW POLO wholesale team, specialising in Independent accounts across the UK Menswear market. This role requires end-to-end commercial ownership, including seasonal sell-in, forecasting, trading execution and reorder optimization, while maintaining brand integrity and driving sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities to deliver commercial targets. Success Metrics- Achievement of sales and budget objectives (prebook & reorder)
- Strong partner relationships with deep understanding of account performance
- Brand execution consistently aligned with luxury standards
- Brand ambassador supporting the wider team with a curious mindset
- Lead account appointments, presenting seasonal ranges/reorder strategies
- Deliver sales targets and track sellout performance across assigned remit
- Owning product presentations, storytelling and brand stewardship
- Coordinate with Customer Operations for optimal delivery and availability
- Partner with Internal Buying, Brand Image, Marketing and Digital teams
- Maintain competitive market awareness to inform trading decisions
- Regular UK account visits between seasonal markets
- Solid background in wholesale sales across luxury/premium fashion
- Strong menswear product knowledge and commercial acumen
- Proven sales achievement and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation, relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
