The Marketing Associate role will both co-create & implement a fully considered marketing plan which is both brand appropriate & market right to acquire & secure the loyalty of customers in a high paced & ambitious environment. The role requires an ambitious, confident & persuasive individual who is highly comfortable in high-scale project management involving several internal & external stakeholders, Marcom & Commercial peers as well as several external partners.

Over and above these core skills, this role requires someone with a genuine passion & feel for the Ralph Lauren brand, strong interest in fashion & the ability to create meaningful moments for customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with the creative ideation, production and delivery of new projects, event concepts, hospitality and gifting initiatives which drive awareness, engagement and desirability.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure flawless implementation of all operational logistics (Creative, Hospitality, Operations, Retail, Asset Protection, Legal, Procurement).
  • Own the coordination of all key logistics surrounding initiatives & events:
    • Pre-event duties include but not limited to creating event briefs, briefing and printing of invitations and other key event collaterals, developing branded elements and coordinating timely delivery per project, sourcing new vendors & cultivating strong supplier relationships, AV briefing, casting models and hosts, gifting, inventory management and supporting with pre-event deliveries & logistics.
    • Post-event duties include assisting with arranging post-project logistics, receiving and organizing all photography assets, and supporting with key internal and external post-project debriefs.
  • Champion brand guidelines & always on elevation journey at all touchpoints/across all teams.
  • Strategize & orchestrate seasonal content for the channel working with Agencies, European Buyers, Creative & Brand Teams.
  • Manage the implementation & reporting of Print & Digital Out-of-home advertising campaigns in line with the phasing time & in response to trade.
  • Work with & contribute to the performance & digital marketing team to ensure brand credentials are well integrated & fully considered strategies are developed & executed.
  • Contribute to monthly communication to the RL retail organization sharing roadmaps & supporting documents in a clear, timely & organized manner.
  • Support with budget management & reporting through ownership of POs, collaborating with finance & liaising with vendors.
  • Help identify innovative ideas to guarantee strong brand awareness & engagement.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Understanding of the fashion ecosystem, on/offline & omnichannel.
  • Relevant knowledge in Marketing.
  • Fluency in English language is required, additional languages are a plus.
  • The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
