As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of recruitment activity while managing and coaching a team of talent acquisition professionals, delivering hands-on support for key roles and helping the TA Team deliver a consistent and high-quality hiring experience.

Collaborating with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment processes, system enhancements, and supporting the UK business departments in maintaining effective recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. In addition, you will track core recruitment metrics and share operational insights to help continuously improve efficiency and candidate experience. Office location is central London, with some travel to additional Offices/Stores as needed around the UK.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with Business departments to develop innovative talent strategies aligned with RL's growth objectives.

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience building positive/effective working relationships.
  • Support RL teams on internal best practices partnering with senior stakeholders for hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines across all levels and functions.
  • Champion RL's employer brand through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
  • Keen focus in Internal Candidate Applications to support Internal Moves.
  • Support Senior TA Manager to foster a high-performance TA team culture and ensure consistent TA service delivery.
  • Create programmes e.g. recruitment training for Hiring Managers to ensure candidates and new hires are aligned to RL Culture focus areas / competencies.
  • Help drive our Hiring Community in preventing unconscious bias partnering with our Belonging & Equity team.
  • Deliver extensive reporting leading to data-informed decisions using recruitment metrics and analytics TA Dashboard on a monthly, quarterly basis.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition.
  • Identify solutions to enhance our ATS system and deliver subsequent training for all hiring managers.
  • Utilize Recruitment Advertising & Sourcing channels - Job boards, RL Referral, LinkedIn Talent Pipelines etc.
  • Leverage industry recruitment and talent acquisition best practices to improve our recruitment and candidate experience.
Key Metrics include:
  • Maintain average time-to-fill for Ralph Lauren roles.
  • Ensure the Diversity Slate is respected for all positions.
  • Achieve Internal Hiring vs External Hiring targets (driving Internal Candidate support).
  • Support business departments to reduce Recruitment Agency usage through direct hiring.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Proven track record in luxury talent acquisition - Apparel, Lifestyle Retailing organisations.

  • Proven track record in effective partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Substantial understanding of UK & EMEA recruitment practices and employment laws.
  • Consistent excellence in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven strong team support and professional development / coaching business partners.
  • Extensive Experience with Workday and talent acquisition technologies Application Tracking Systems.
  • Expert level Advanced Excel / reporting skills & MS Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
