We're seeking a reliable and professional Asset Protection Officer to join our team. This role combines retail security with excellent customer service skills. This role is based at our flagship store in Bond Street.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead store security operations and CCTV monitoring
  • Detect and prevent potential losses
  • Ensure a safe environment for customers, staff, and vendors
  • Manage staff entrance security and access control
  • Oversee deliveries and shipments
  • Conduct security checks and maintain documentation
  • Partner with store management on loss prevention

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably with key holder responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts (6:30 AM - 9:30 PM, including weekends and holidays)
  • Activity throughout shifts
  • Lift/move items weighing 9kg or more when required
