This is a hybrid position, combining the best of both worlds – working from home and spending time in our Halifax office. We\’re looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn – could that be you?What are the core responsibilities? Translate business needs into actionable analytics and reporting requirements , developing KPIs, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and improve workflows. Identify trends, performance drivers, and process inefficiencies , providing insightful commentary and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to understand reporting needs and ensure high-quality, relevant information delivery. Monitor performance metrics and software utilization to detect bottlenecks, optimize license usage, and identify underused or unused assets. Coordinate with procurement and vendors for software renewals, true-ups, audits, and manage purchase order requisitions and contract authorizations. Maintain accurate IT asset records , including software licenses, utilization, depreciation, cross-charging, and compliance with internal policies. What you can bring to the team? Technically proficient , with hands-on experience in IT Software Asset Management and deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing and End User Licensing Agreements (EULAs). Skilled in ITSM and monitoring systems , with advanced Power BI capabilities for data analysis and reporting.
