You’ll be talking to them over the phone when they first join us, guiding them through the process of getting their products and services connected, helping with any initial queries around in home setup or their first bill. You don’t need specific experience to join us. Provided you’re naturally helpful, calm and can build relationships – we can train you on the rest.
