Exciting Career Opportunity at Citizen! Are you a driven professional seeking to make an impact in an Estates & Services role? We're looking to recruit experienced admin staff to join our Estates Team.

With over fifty years of experience, we have grown to be one of the UK's most trusted social housing providers. Citizen owns and manages 30,000 homes for diverse communities across the West Midlands, from urban tower blocks to rural villages and towns.

Position: Permanent

Salary: £30,080 per year

Location: Torrington Avenue, Coventry

Hours: 37 per week, Monday - Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support and monitor work and action plans.
  • To carry out data inputting to ensure up-to-date records are kept and targets are adhered to.
  • To work as a team with other Citizen staff.
  • To call customers and arrange collection of bulky items.
  • To close jobs once completed.
  • To collate weekly figures and distribute to managers.
  • All other general admin duties as requested.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • General admin duties as part of the role including production of reports and stats for presentation.
  • Experience of dealing with customers verbally as required along with proven excellent customer services.
  • A good understanding of Data Protection & Confidentiality is always essential.
  • Knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to switch to different systems during the week.
