Exciting Career Opportunity at Citizen! We are looking for a dependable Cleaning Technician to help keep Citizens offices, sheltered housing, and communal residential areas clean, safe, and welcoming in Coventry.

Position: Cleaning Technician
Salary: £25,893
Location: Torrington Avenue, Coventry, CV4 9AJ
Basis: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday - Sunday, 5 working days over 7 - 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of sites in Coventry, working flexibly and taking pride in maintaining excellent standards.
- Cleaning communal areas, offices, and specialist housing.
- Carrying out block inspections and dealing with hazards or spillages.
- Using a range of cleaning methods and equipment.
- Removing litter, refuse, and small-scale graffiti.
- Completing daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks.
- Reporting repairs, damage, and larger waste issues.
- Working independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous cleaning experience.
- A good understanding of basic health & safety.
- A reliable, professional approach.
- The ability to meet set standards and deadlines.
- A full driving licence and ability to drive a small company van (manual).
